Btw, does this function the same as timewalking 5 mans where it lowers your level?

I believe so yes. It should perform somewhere between LFR and Normal mode in terms of difficulty. Here is hoping they softened some of the specific boss mechanics, i recall a couple being quite punishing at level :)

On the assumption that this might actually be challenging, it might be a good idea to get those cloaks and rings out of mothballs. Also some gear does not scale down well, that trinket giving +20% Stat might not be so cool when it's giving +0.2% Stat.

Sorry about bailing at the end folks. Shelley had a project due Monday she wanted me to proof read, and after I'd told her "just ten minutes to do this last boss" I needed to go so she'd have time to make changes.
